Cultivating a relationship with your breath is an invitation to embrace the subtle shifts within yourself with a gentle sense of openness as you journey into the seasons of your life.
By consciously engaging with your breath as your primary baseline, you allow to ground deeply into the parasympathetic nervous system, enabling a relaxed state that will keep you calm and centered as you navigate the tidal ebb and flows of your existence.
INDIVIDUAL BREATHWORK SESSION
Sessions are intuitively led, weaving breath-centered practices along with somatic awareness, meditation, and botanical medicine.
We open each session with an open-hearted conversation about your present state of wellbeing, and based on what you are seeking, we will set an intention on how to guide your being into balance.
During our session, as we gently hold space for you to ground deeply within yourself, you may experience the softening of your heart space, energetic and emotional clearing, a sense of calm within your nervous system, and the strengthening of your intuition.
Following each session, you will be invited to integrate simple breathwork practices along with other holistic protocols into your daily musings to further your experience.
